If your order includes items with various Dispatch Times, all items will be dispatched together within the longest dispatch time shown.

We ship worldwide by Registered Post and FedEx IP (International Priority service).
- For orders over $100, you are entitled to Free Shipping by Registered Post.
- For orders over $250, you are entitled to Free Shipping by FedEx IP (International Priority).
- For orders between $101-$250, it’s up to you to choose your shipping method (Free Shipment by Registered Post or FedEx at very competitive rates).
The shipping cost of you order can be viewed after you place your item(s) in your shopping cart and after entering your shipping details in the Delivery Address section.

Please note that for some countries, where inland distribution by Post is impossible or problematic, only FedEx option is available. Similarly, for some countries where inland distribution by FedEx is problematic or impossible, only the Registered Post option is available.

Please note that Days refer to business days till the arrival to the destination country. Customs clearance time (if applicable) is not included.
Delivery time by Registered Post is an estimation as the exact transit time depends on the country’s national post and the inland distribution schedule. Please note that during peak seasons or in extreme weather conditions transit time may be longer than that.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
- For orders shipped by Registered Post: You can track your parcel on your national post office’s web site, using the tracking number provided.
As with all Registered parcels, as soon as your parcel arrives at your local post office, you either get a notification message for the pick up of the parcel, or the parcel is directly delivered to you.
- For order shipped by FedEx: You can track your parcel on the FEDEX site (www.fedex.com) using the tracking number provided.
Your parcel is delivered directly to your address and a signature is required. For dispatch to PO boxes and APO with FedEx, please contact us before you proceed to payment.
